Due to the fact that this machine has been sitting idle for a number of years, the following service has been done:
New filter element for hydraulic line filter
New hydraulic filter
New pressure gauge
New pressure switch
New wheel cover open detector
New X & Z axis power & encoder servo cables

1. Fixed hydraulic leaks in main manifold unit.
2. Unseized coolant deflect/safety plate.
3. Installed pressure gauging for hydraulics, static and way lube.
4. Installed wheel detect electronic device because wheel detect low voltage alarm present.
5. Unseized x axis limit switch, Overtravel alarm present,
6. Unseized the main spindle, it was stuck on a high point. ran pre warm up, a little noisy because of possible belt slippage.
7. Replaced the mainwheel spindle belt and adjusted correct deflection state.
8. Fixed the face locator gauging device, was seized and out of alignment.
9. Lubricated linear guide unit, was rust seized.
10. Fixed and degreased control panel buttons, were all gummy stuck,
11. Fixed emergency return button had loose pinched wire.
12. Replaced wheel spindle lubrication filter element.
13. Replaced main hydraulic filter element,
14. Replaced the wheel spindle lubrication pressure switch and adjusted flow pressure dial to OEM spec.
15. Fixed work head orientation issue had interlock, changed Keep relay to re activate. Someone turned it off.
16. Made electric machine manual, made operations manual.
17. Replaced apc X&Z back up parameter batteries were dead.
18. Fixed apc apz alarm state. Re-homed xz machine positions.
19. Replaced x axis servo motor power and signal encoder cables.
20. Took machine backup.
21. Cleaned wheel spindle breather hole and opened.
22. Replaced Main return coolant hoses.
23. Lubricated and greased X & Z axis ballscrews. Tailstock adv/retract working, IPG gauging adv/retract working, work head spin jog working, work head orientation sensor working. No adverse rapid noises heard. No apparent leaks now. No present or current alarms present. No alarms on drive units, no Magnetic switches and thermals relays popping. No leaks from pulley or wheel arbor side. Electrical cabinet fan working fine. No excessive heat or noises present. All guards appear to be present. No Noises coming from the main work head
